I received your automated phone call (I’m on your list after visiting the church) and, although we live so far away (TN) and are not able to attend your meetings, I am so thankful that you have the podcast so I can hear this message. I have never studied the book of Zechariah but am feeling compelled to learn what the book has to say to me and to the church today. I hope to share this with my women’s Bible study group that meets weekly in my home. I look forward to the next message and hearing about the 8 visions and what they mean for us today.
Dave and I have begun a House Church in our guest house that meets bi-monthly on Sunday night for food and fellowship and discussion of various topics. Our new church plant, “Awaken City Church, Knoxville” began in Oct. 2012 and is doing great. We are renting a space on the lower level of a strip mall (5000 square ft.) and have @150 coming each Sunday morning (filling the meeting area to nearly capacity. We are currently hosting a Church Planting conference (Buddy Walker from Florida with “DCPI—Dynamic Church Planting International”) as it is the vision of our church to continue the birthing of other churches in the Knoxville area and in other areas in the world.
